In a series of crimes that are prenerazila Washington, DC, bank robbers kill bank employees and their families if the requirements set by the time of the robbery are not enforced to the smallest detail. Alex Cross is clear that behind all this is not a common criminal – a pathological need for control and precision is too large.

Why are some people more successful than others?

The usual response would be to play a pivotal role intelligence, talent and ambition. But is this really the right answer to explain the phenomenon of extraordinary people? The success story is actually much more interesting than it first seems! Why are Asians outstanding mathematicians? Which is why all the top New York lawyers have the same biography? What is common to the Beatles and Bill Gates?

“Outliers” show that the real story of success should not only look at its main actors but also the circumstances in which they develop. In response to the topic they intertwine and concepts generation, family, culture and social class, place of birth, and even birth date. For billionaires from Silicon Valley, it is important that it was born, and that a successful pilot, it is important to the birth. By studying this logic, Gladwell provides extremely interesting and inspiring a proposal for the disclosure of human resources and their maximum utilization. After reading above average, your perception of success will get an entirely new look!

“In the endless world of popular science, Malcolm Gladwell is almost unique talent … It is pleasure to read “Outliers” about original theories may be thinking for days … “Outliers” represent a totally new kind of book in Gladwell’s opus … They are almost a manifesto.” David Leonard, New York Times Book Review

“Explosive interesting, “Outliers” is the best and most appropriate Gladwell’s work … brilliant storytelling and life lessons in one: “Outliers” as science, self-improvement and entertainment – all in one book.” Gregory Kirschling, Entertainment Weekly
